We offer a variety of programs to choose from or the opportunity to customize the residency to your school’s curriculum. We can offer a different topic each month or a continuous subject that goes into greater depths as the school year advances. We offer residencies to schools of all ages and can modify our curriculum to accommodate all.

- Food & Culture: One World, One Ingredient: a fascinating look at how food bonds us across the world through the lens of one ingredient
- Food & Science: an exploration of food based science experiments and subjects such as molecular gastronomy, chemistry and food technology
- Food & Math: the use of pastry arts to explore the world of math with pastry demonstrations and hands on baking
- Food & History: What Kids Ate Throughout History: an exploration of food and the changes it has undergone over the course of history
- Food & Art: a visual study of how food has influenced art throughout history and workshops that incorporate food as artistic mediums
